Delete your data

You can delete everything Zig stores about you at any time: in the app, or by email if you no longer have it.

In the app

  1. Open Zig and go to Settings. You need to be signed in with Game Center (iPhone, iPad) or Google Play Games (Android).
  2. Tap Privacy, then Delete my data.
  3. Confirm. Your data is deleted straight away; the puzzles on your phone stay playable.

Without the app

Send an email to hello@lukie-labs.com from any address with the subject “Delete my data”, your player name and, if you can, the date of a daily puzzle you played.

We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your player record and display name
  • Your progress, daily results and leaderboard entries
  • Your streaks
  • The record of your purchases, and your login tokens

What stays

  • Your purchases themselves: Apple and Google keep them, so you can restore them later.
  • Crash reports, for at most 90 days.
  • Usage statistics already sent: deleted on request by email.
